Yes. Changing tiers takes one click in your customer portal and takes effect on your next billing cycle. No fee to upgrade and no setup fee charged again. Downgrades work the same way, though you may lose tier-specific features (AI Voice, AI Conversation, and AI Content require Growth or Professional).
Yes. Monthly, no long-term contract. Your data is yours — we will export your CRM if you leave.
No. Onboarding and customer-list migration are included in your $200 setup. Everything in your tier is included in your monthly fee. Usage-billed items (Voice AI, Conversation AI, SMS, email, phone minutes) are clearly disclosed and billed only when used.
